an organic tea farmer and tea producer in Taiwan. "Bach terroir, each tea cultivar, indeed, each individual tea bush produces leaves with very different characteristics. My passion is to sense these different nuances and help them express themselves. That's why my range includes 56 different varieties of teas from Taiwan.

The greatest teacher on my tea path are the plants and the soil themselves - I still learn from them today.

This is also the reason why my list of teas is so big that some of my customers lose track! From their point of view, fewer teas would be enough, but I am unwavering: I want to bring out everything that is in the leaves, every nuance and every variety! That is why my assortment is rich in specialties.

I am happy that for some years now there have also been traders from Germany who offer some of my specialties. 

And I hope that tea lovers in Europe will get a taste for it and want to try other variants of a happily produced tea in the future!
