How to Store Properly
Store tea in airtight containers such as ceramic, glass, or tin with tight lid. Avoid using plastic containers. Store it in a cool, dark, dry place and keep it away from moisture.
Tea shelf life : 6 months after opening -
Brewing Suggestion
Tea amount: 3~5g per 100ml
Water: 95℃
Gong Fu: 45, 35, 50 sec. steeps then +15 seconds to taste
Western: 4~6g per 600ml, 3-5 minutes steeps
