Sip and Chill
Sip and Chill
It presents an elegant and delicate aroma of orchids, with a long-lasting fragrance and a sweet, rich tea liquor that has a wonderful aftertaste. One of our favorite teas originates from the high mountain oolong tea in the Alishan district of Chiayi, situated at an altitude of 1,600 meters. Due to the high altitude, the environment has a lower temperature, extending the growth period and enriching the tea's internal components. The tea liquor is soft, sweet, and has a high pectin content.
Our tea master, Ah Chuan, adheres to traditional methods of high mountain tea production, using natural conditions for withering the leaves (instead of air conditioning to control temperature and humidity) and employing meticulous techniques during rolling (insisting on not using mechanical rollers). This results in a delicate and rich tea liquor We do not pursue mass production or artificial intervention in the tea-making process but focus on optimizing the conditions and state of the fresh tea leaves to achieve the best production.
