The greatest teacher on my tea path are the plants and the soil themselves - I still learn from them today. This is also the reason why my list of teas is so big that some of my customers lose track! From their point of view, fewer teas would be enough, but I am unwavering: I want to bring out everything that is in the leaves, every nuance and every variety! That is why my assortment is rich in specialties.
