  • More about Charcoal Oolong

Our Charcoal Oolong is crafted by experienced tea artisans using ancient methods. It's smooth, refreshing, and has hints of chocolate and caramel.
Our tea artist roasted the tea leaves slowly, stirring every 20-30 minutes to ensure that the tea leaves were evenly heated. The internal temperature of the tea leaves reaches around 150 degrees. This labor-intensive process brings out the full potential of the tea.
What sets our Charcoal Oolong apart is the use of Longan wood, burnt at high temperatures of 800 degrees in a traditional kiln. Without oxygen, the wood cools down and carbonizes, releasing a unique energy that infuses the tea leaves.
By using charcoal roasting, the characteristic of tea can be changed, making the flavor more rich and mellow, because the processing breaks down caffeine, theophylline, and tea tannins to make the tea smoother and less bitter with reduced caffeine content.
Perfect for those who crave a balanced cup!
