  • More about the Wild White

In the wild of this highland tea garden, there has been no harvesting for 15 years.

We refuse to use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and we do not weed or provide water for irrigation. We let the tea trees grow in soil rich in natural minerals and natural ecological balance, absorbing the essence of nature. A complete food chain naturally forms in the tea garden, and although insects may eat the tea leaves, reducing tea production, we are not afraid. However, the tea trees also become more resilient to survive, and the flavor of the tea leaves will become stronger, richer, and more unique.

Wild White is only very slightly oxidized and tastes mild and sweet with fine herbal aromas. After drinking, one can feel a lot of energy.

The Tea-Artist: Katie

The greatest teacher on my tea path are the plants and the soil themselves - I still learn from them today. This is also the reason why my list of teas is so big that some of my customers lose track! From their point of view, fewer teas would be enough, but I am unwavering: I want to bring out everything that is in the leaves, every nuance and every variety! That is why my assortment is rich in specialties.
