Workhsop

Have you ever thought about how the taste of a cup of tea is shaped by its process and cultivar?
In this workshop, we’ll invite you to slow down, open your senses, and enjoy the beauty of Taiwanese tea with both reason and emotion.
Tea is more than a drink—it is a journey. Through sight, smell, touch, sound, and taste, you’ll experience how tea awakens both the mind and the heart. Together, we will explore how science explains the flavors we perceive, while art and culture reveal the emotions and wisdom hidden in every sip.
Your guide is Lucy, a tea specialist from Taiwan who has walked through mountain tea gardens, spoken with farmers, and learned directly from tea masters. She will share the flavors of her homeland, along with the stories of the people and places behind each leaf.

▪︎Taste a selection of Taiwanese oolong teas, from floral and gentle to rich and charcoal-roasted oolong
▪︎Learn how tea’s aroma and flavor are shaped by nature, oxidation, and roasting
▪︎Explore tea through the five senses: see, smell, touch, hear, and taste

This is not just a tea tasting—it’s an analytical tasting experience.
Come, taste, learn, and connect with the magic of Taiwanese tea.
